Ink With Purpose
Ink With Purpose
I am Jeffrey, a tattoo artist creating custom black and grey and color tattoos for people who want artwork that feels personal. I work from initial ideas, references, or sketches, shaping each concept into a tattoo that suits the individual. From bold character pieces and detailed imagery to classic symbols and playful designs, I bring a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every appointment. My goal is simple: create ink you are proud to wear.

“First time at phat dragon. Had an appointment with Jeff. He did an amazing cover up on my hand. I was honestly expecting just a black and grey skull but he pulled out multiple colors and not only completely covered the boom box but gave my new ink some personality. Jeff was professional and a big plus is he's fast and light handed. This was my first tattoo in over 3 years. He out did my expectations. Will now be going to Jeff for my future tattoos.”
